They are saying that there are luminophores in this path which will give the path the blue color and also it is going to eliminate for 10 hours daily which means the whole night will be illuminated and in the morning the path will be charged. They absorb the energy from the sun in the morning and use that energy in the night to illuminate the path. This is the same material you see in the glowing sticks. These are energized by the radiation and use that radiation to turn it into the energy and store that energy and after that re-emitted for a very long time. According to the officials, this material can radiate different colors.
The cost of this installation was around $31000, which is going to be very affordable if there are no accidents in the future.
The president of the engineering company has said that in the remote areas of Poland we have the problem of the bicycle accident because of the dark and that is why glow-in-the-dark bicycle path will be able to prevent that also had because of the charging of this path from the sun it can easily be called Eco-friendly.

Also in the UK 1 Cambridge company has spread the illuminating spray on the 1,614 square feet of the path but it was not eco-friendly.
