A remarkable stroke of luck has struck Christine Wilson of Attleborough, Massachusetts, as she has achieved the seemingly impossible feat of winning a $1 million lottery prize for the second time in just 10 weeks.
The Massachusetts State Lottery has confirmed that Wilson is the incredibly fortunate individual who has managed to hit the jackpot twice in such a short span of time.
Wilson’s most recent windfall came from the ‘100X Cash’ $10 instant ticket game, adding another $1 million to her already impressive winnings.
Twice Winner of Massachusetts State Lottery
Just a mere 10 weeks prior, she had claimed her first $1 million prize from the ‘Lifetime Millions’ $50 instant ticket game. Demonstrating her wise financial acumen, Wilson opted both times to receive her prizes in the form of a one-time payment of $650,000.
When she secured her first million-dollar win, Wilson expressed her excitement at the prospect of buying a new car with a portion of her winnings.
Now, with her second substantial prize, she plans to prudently put the money into savings, ensuring her financial security for the future.
Wilson purchased her most recent winning ticket at Family Food Mart in Mansfield, a choice that has also brought good fortune to the store, which will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
Interestingly, her first winning ticket was purchased at Dubs’s Discount Liquors in the same town, making Mansfield a particularly lucky location for Wilson.
The news of Wilson’s double win has astounded Massachusetts lottery officials and players alike, sparking discussions about the incredible odds she has defied. Her story serves as a reminder of the unpredictable and often thrilling nature of lottery games, where luck can strike in the most unexpected of ways.
