Decisions to block the PornHub were made on September 13, YouPorn – September 14, 2016. It is interesting that at one time Roskomnadzor even gave advice on the arrangement of personal life to users who were dissatisfied with the blocking of porn resources in Russia.
Representatives of PornHub immediately after blocking access to their resources on the territory of Russia even offered Roskomnadzor a premium subscription in exchange for razban. The very decision to block this site was made on the basis of a statement filed in court by Ruslan Okhlopkov. Perhaps, he is connected with “Anti-Maidan” and Roskomnadzor.
